Ok I wasn't very happy with the old background that I used for this vector, so I deleted the submission all together. I like this version better.
Information regarding vector:
Since I'm on winter break right now, I plan on doing a few projects... This was one of them. I thought it wasn't going to take very long, but the vector took about 2 days to do.
Difficulty: Medium
Time: About 12 hours
Original Size: 4000 width x something.
Hardest Part: Each girl had their hard part to do (except the middle). On the
left there were those frills that took a little while... For the girl on the
right, finding the lines for various things was very hard because they blended
in.
Modified Part: The original lines were very chunky and sketchy, so I cleaned
them up and thinned them out.
And sorry for labeling the characters as "girl on left...girl on right...etc." I haven't seen Rozen Maiden yet (but I plan to), but I was attracted to the style of drawing.

Edit: I took some peoples' advice and gave a
the sky a little purplish color to go with the dark blue. I also removed the
text (even though I thought it looked kind of cool 
).

Neaaaat Vector! Do you vector with Illustrator or Photoshop?
I like the simple background, but the sky color shouldn't have been a plain color, a gradient would have worked better. And also, the text must go. It looks out of place D:
