I'm digging through my folders to find my best wallpapers I've made, so this stuff was done back in 2007. When I make something new (as in from this year XD) I'll let you know.

Yay! I'm happy on how this one turned out ^_^. I think this one is much better than the Serenity wallpaper I did. Did took even longer though, but it was worth it in my opinion =].
What took so long in this wallpaper? yep you guessed it: the trees and the grass. First I laid down the foundation which was the sky/clouds and worked my way in to the landscape. Did the grass first, having 4+ layers on just the grass. Then the trees; took the leaf brush that you see there and kind of did a random shape of the tree. Later I did the trunk of it, and gave it a texture to it (like I did in my Best Friend wooden desk wallpaper) and then added the scan, some sparkles, and the two little birds.
I spent around 1.5 hours in just one tree -_-; there is two so that's 3 hours + the planning, finding the appropiate scan, and figuring out of the different colors for the grass (believe me, it took me a while to get the color I wanted for the grass, that's why you can see a little different shades of green and a bit of ligth brown) making a total of probably around 5 hours @_@. All of that is the result of my brush work.
