Bwaaaahaha!
I'm feeling so hyper right now! Naked party on the streets anyone?
Well um. This is my first finished vector, so it's my first time making
something this big AND coloring it. I'm sorry if the outlines aren't so smooth
and stuff but practice makes perfection, no? 
Well I made this out of fun and because I fell in love with this scan. Not to try to satisfy
anyone else.
I left out the sakura petals and those thingies on their
"cloaks".
I know Momoka's (the girl's) hair isn't looking so smooth and stuff but I really
tried my best. =/
And my drug was Pocky... I've wasted tons of money on Pocky.
Uuuh... yeah... can't think of anything else to say
Made this with Photoshop CS3! All parts
are vectored except for a spot in their eyes and on top of Momoka's hair where
it's a bit lighter. (Also other parts of her hair too but I'm too lazy to point
out where that is.)
Time taken: 22 hours
Layers: 830+ (Yes I use a weird layer technique...)
Easiest part: Their nose holes LOL

(He's not a member here, but this was meant to be for him at the
beginning.)

Momoka hair isn't smooth, but since you have tried so much, it's good for a vector, I like the scan too. :P The lines are good!

Everything is so neat but it can still be improved. Some are slightly overlapping places.

this is an awesome vector, i cant even tell its your first because it looks so good
the lines are straight, dont worry,
the only flaw i think is the colouring, the colours need more contrast and sturation
but still, you really amazed me, because not everyone can make such good first

Great job on the outlines and, frankly, Momoka's hair isn't that bad
And I don't think the coloring is a flaw, I love pastel colors and I think brighter ones wouldn't have fit the image.

Yes it is Touka Gettan. >___< I asked eternalparadox if he/she could move it to Kao no nai Tsuki II (Touka Gettan) but he moved it to Kao no nai Tsuki instead. Heh ^^;;
