I did it this draw for my friend Naya, she´s the Lt. Cosmo. This character is her invention to talk about everithing in her life. I don´t know the real name of the characer, but the anime is Stellvia of the Universe.
I used Illustrator CS3, Photoshop CS3 and a digital tablet.
Time work: 3 hours (Illustrator) 1 hour (Photoshop).
