Happy Valentine's Day! (even though this wall seems kinda sad...)
Anywho, another ultimate collab with 
So we were talking on MSN 'bout stuff and she wanted to do another collab but we needed a scan. I went through my scan folder and found this scan (which I didn't even remember saving, btw *LOLPHAIL*) so we decided to use it.
I extracted the scan and did the sky (stock and free-hand painted), Kitten did everything else (I love her grass *_*)
Time: I dunno... like, 4-5 days? Kitten probably knows XD
Layers: ~25
Title is from the opening of the anime (according to Kitten).

Very nice sky and grass effects. I love the overal warm feeling of the wallpaper. Making use of blurred out petals in front and sharper ones in the back adds up to the overall feeling of wind and motion. Very nice!
