inspired by valentine's day.. i think..
and also inspired by YUG, CardCaptor Sakura, Nanoha, Lolis, Rozen Maiden, more Lolis... etc..
done in about 2-3 hours, using the usual pencils (+ a blue mech pencil this time) and the usual photoshop for cleanup and border.
