The picture itself became available a lot earlier. Chrono Nanae draw it last
year (donno when 
) and it was sold as shitajiki (pencil board) and bookmark - i
think that the bookmark came with one of the blade comics.
This is scanned from Vassalord. Calendar 2008. The picture is used for
January.
