I adore all of Arina Tanemura's works. Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne has a special place in my heart since it's the first work of her's that I read.
For this wallpaper I used a png from Aethereality.net, a texture from Hybrid-Genesis.net and brushes from Annikavonholdt.com

This is beautiful :)
A lot of people pair manga images with digital-looking effects... and the two are a bit mis-matched. On this wallpaper, you've made the effects look soft and natural - and they perfectly match the look of a manga image :)
