Hikari is one of my favourite anime characters, cute and dangerous at the same time is my favourite combo.
Pic was done with Prismacolour markers, background touched up in Photoshop. Technically, her hair isn't the right colour, as it's supposed to be pink when she's all psychotic-like, but I didn't have a proper marker.
