Great vector!
It's clean, no jagged lines and Chii has a really seductive pose.
My favorite is Freya and I pretty much dislike Chii, but your wallpaper portraits a side of Chii that isn't often seen in the anime.
It really is one of your best works, keep doing gifts for beloved ones and they're all going to end up marvelous, trust me! -

darn, i wanted to pain this scan >.<
it looks simple yet beautiful
hair is great and the soft, bright outlines look great
and i totally adore the red parts
but the bad side of this wallpaper is i think that it needs some manga softness, esp. the shading
and the eyes look a bit weird, they have to be a bit darker, esp the eyelidsother than that, this wallpaper is absolutely beautiful and neat, so it goes to my favourites >:D
