Let me get right down to it. This project was very hard for me! The hair was very difficult because it was sort
of dimensional, and not flat like I'm used to doing. So I tried a
"vexelish" approach. I don't have a vexel program..so I used Photoshop
to make the hair look dimensional. Although this took a long time to make, it
was well worth it because Primula is so kawaii and she is my favorite character
in the series (maybe even out of every series 
).
Scan: (I used a wallpaper I got from the Shuffle! official site I think...) Here is the link.

Time Spent:
Outline: 3 hours
Coloring: 4 hours (mostly on hair...)
Shading, background, etc.: 3.5 hours
Total: 15.5 approx. over the course of 2 days.
Layers: 262

Easiest Part: Initial coloring
Favorite Part: Hair (I think it came out really cool 
)

Edit: I updated the picture because I realized that I placed the shading on her arm by the cat over the whiskers. Now the whiskers are on top.

oh yes I can see the devotion all right. The hair is so smooth, the lines are nice, the shading is softly done...and I always cant believe how fast you do your vectors! You were just telling me that you have planned a project and then the next day you sent me mail saying that you were done already...and I was like you mean just the hair or everything? Gosh you are fast....keep working it! oh..and the neko are so cute! I am mesmerised by her liquid-like eyes...
