Tales of the Abyss: Love for cute things

This is what a love for cute things does to you: it turns you into a catgirl^^

Well, at least it's what it did to Tear. Though it's not like she particularly minds dressing up in a cute costume, as much as she might pretend to.

After playing some more ToA today and finally receiving Tear's "Monster Collector" costume, I felt the sudden urge to draw her in it (it's actually my favorite for her, by far, followed closely by Luke's Tactical Leader and Berserker).

Anyway, I know it's not exactly a piece of amazing art; but it was something done rather quickly (notice the artistic freedom in colors).
Simple background, as always. I really need to start learning how to draw those...

Sketch in pencil (with rough lines drawn in blue), Outlines done using PenTool in Photoshop CS3, coloring done in openCanvas, as usually.

Total time: around 3-4 hours.
