It's my first try in vectoring C.C. I find it hard to vector her hair, since it's my first time working on a character with long hair. I just love her smile her and her pose. I originally wanted to vector Lelouch but I grew tired and lazy. Oh well, I'm happy that I was finally able to finish this. C.C. is one of my favorite girls and the best out there.

A beautiful pic of CC, and a nice vector you've made! Keep up the good work!

u cant say its hard to vector her hair because u didnt even vector it
vector means a picture made of vector shapes
u used the paths method which isnt vectoring and using paths for the outlines is like the easiest thing u can ever do
try shapes and then ull understand what does the hard vectoring mean
plus the paths dont give a depth to the lines
they are thin, but its not always good
lines are made to divide one part of the other one
in ur case, the lines are not even noticeable
and the colours need more contrast/saturation/depth

    I think it's nice...
I could still see flaws, though...

    -The arms and legs...
About the arms, they are thin..on that view, it is supposed to be...well..fat? The legs...I could see a line effects(indicates boney part, folds in a dress, etc) which is not supposed to be there. If it is supposed to be the knee then you've placed it on the wrong side...

    Well...no further comment..haha! Over-al..Iy's nice! :3!

It's really nice. Neat lines too, and I like her eyes, although her right knee looks a little odd.

Do you live in a cave? It's stupid to say that using stroke isn't vector cause it's still a technique in vector, and even in PSP, stroke lines can be easily used in vector layers. Whatever.

Anyway, back to the vector, I think the colours work fine here and kinda clear in my desktop. Perhaps the background colour needs to be less dark to get the girl into attention, but nonetheless, nice vector!

wooooau JCzala your work is very nice , C.C. is very beautiful and cute i love this girl is my favorite of Code Geass thanks!

  7. kashikosa Feb 03, 2008

I agree with gaara completely, the colours are crisp, the vector is neat. The bg could be lighter though, especially cause the colours of the pullover coincide a bit too much with the bg. Overall nice, work hard! ^^

Wow great job^^ I like the lines and colors the most :D and C.C. looks very cute! Keep up the good work!

    ^JC, just ignore that.
The line art is neat and totally noticeable ( >_> ). Not many people can vector using the stroke method and make it neat!
My only complaints are the mouth (which looks a bit weird) and the leg on the bottom left. Is it suppose to be the same color as the background?
Anyway, good job! Keep it up =D

This is really nice, the hair is my favorite
part and I think the colors are very on spot.
But like Chloe said the mouth is a bit weird :\
I hope to see more vectors from you
and good luck with them <3

Great job, I love how smooth it all is! Can't wait to see more, thanks for sharing!

    The mouth is okay... >,>
    I think she was smirking...right?

  16. Lariel Feb 07, 2008

The mouth is slightly crooked- not that it's weird. I think it's slightly alright, but you could do some improvement. Hair is... twitchy, the leg... well, I don't think you need me to say any further, but colors are totally awesome, and the art is crisp and neat. Nice job! XD
