I'm a fan of Dota and been playing it for quite a while now. For those who dont know what Dota is, go to dota-allstars.com.
This Dota character named is Krobelus from Scourge side. My friend did the line-art and i did the coloring. Mainly used Painter and Photoshop to do the final touch and color balancing.
