I know, it's been a long time since my last wallpaper. Really thought I could no longer wall... But this scan was calling to me, and I knew the kind of background I would put with it. I've been watching H2O -Footprints in the Sand- , yes it's based off an Hgame, what else is new? If you watch it, expect the typical dorky guy who attracts many attractive girls in school. But that being sad it starts off kinda tragic with the guy being blind. But before I ramble on about the anime... I'll just say the visuals are very nice, especially the opening.
I took a screenshot from the opening and basically painted it, took a couple of hours. Least fun part was extracting, but it was an easy scan for that, I'd rather extract a scan any day than vector. No idea how people have the patience for it, but everybody has their thing. I decided to paint the BG because the anime has painty like backgrounds to start with. Everything is done in Photoshop. I hope some people at least like this wallpaper, I worked pretty hard on it, and there's a lot of walls I have not completed, this is the first one in months it seems, or almost a year I'm actually satisfied with.

The background you made is incredible, suits the position of the characters nicely.
Wow, this caught my eye right away. I've been watching H2O too. It's okay so far. It went a bit downhill with the latest episode...and I'm confused why no one found it odd that the guy can suddenly see, but oh well :P
The
scan would have looked nicer if it was vectored or fixed up a little, since it
seems a bit blurry in some places, but it's not such a big deal. Overall a great
job, I'm glad to see an H2O wall

The series didn't appeal to me from the opening, but seeing this work of yours, especially since it's been worked on so hard, I may reconsider downloading the anime, and hopefully come to like it as much as this beautiful wallpaper!
scan needs some clearing work and the extraction is a bit jaggy
though the painty job is nice ^^

I see some white jagged edges
looks like you loosen up on the extraction there..
The colors are GREAT! And the background painting is LOVELY... especially those green leafy brushing on the right..
Hmm... the font is kind of... generic? Well, it's not distracting or unfitting, but with this sceneric stuff I expected to see some non-generic font.. maybe something curly, or less bold.. White color is ok though.. just add some multiplying dark-green outer glow if you want it to stand out more.
Overall, this is a lovely painting-themed sceneric wallpaper. Not perfect, but has great colors and high-quality painting scenic look.
