Happy birthday abul-kun! Yes, it's your birthday, I started this wall a month ago so I wouldn't forget XD And I just finished it last night. Well anyways I hope your birthday is great, ototo ^_^
Well, originally this wasn't going to be your present, but I gave up on the original project ^_^' It was too hard and was taking too long. I don't think I'm even going to tell you what it was! So I hope you can settle for Chii instead ^_^
First I vectored the scan (after rotating it; I like this angle), then I did some painting over it. Of course, my painted Chii doesn't even compare to yours. That's why I kept crying over how beautiful your Chii looked ;_;
The wall is kind of unfinished...I planned to do a lot more painting in the background, but I didn't have time. I figured even if it's not finished it looks like enough to pass for a wall, so here it is. I especially wanted to do more work with the wings and the outlines in the background >.< Next time push your birthday back a bit to give me some more time! Lol :) And of course there's texture, because I know you love texture :)
I haven't submitted anything in a while; I have to apologise because I haven't been around. My faves and PMs have piled up and my GB entries are through the roof; I don't even know where to start with them. It might be a while before I reply to them so sorry in advance. I've had some stuff going on in my life and haven't had time. I hope to submit more soon :)

Damn, I just love how you rotated perfectly into a different perspective and it realyl turned out well. Plus you cropped it just perfectly so you didn't have to do that full body version from the scan. Plus you like enchanced the colors to make it more birght and contrast and btw the textures were just a wonderful touch. =3
