it isa a pic of neji hyuuga....almost my favourite character ever.....a long lasting whim.....geez I love to draw him...I wanted it to be kept in that kind of way as if it looked like it was brought from naruto comic:) I hope I did a good job well....enjoy! ^^ :D :D
