bad jpg quality, paths instead of shapes and grey colours make this image worse than the scan
just try to use shapes, because your vector is not a vector if its not made of vector shapes
and put some contrast/saturation into the colours

i love syaoran's vampire-ish costume!

I really wanted to like this... but when I full-viewed it the quality of it looks pretty bad- it's pretty fuzzy and pixelated throughout. However, you might be able to fix that if you go back and can save it at a higher quality setting. The technique is good, but the finished product after saving... still needs a lot of work. Keeping trying, though, and you can be a good vector artist ^_^
