Okay, saw first saw this amazing image when I was playing this visual novel (kinda yuri'ish) on the PS2. Thought it would make a good wallie, but turned out it's only in 640x480 =/. I then thought man maybe if I could vector it that would be good... and so I went to pick up vectoring, and vectored this image.

Took a total of 6 days of work, slowness mostly due to my inexperience >_<. The process for those who are interested (each image transition is about a day of work):

Stats:
Layer: 90+ (most of them are colour layers)
Most tedious/annoying part to vector: Kimono butterfly outlines (grr...)
Hardest part to vector: The eye... yes the eye, took me 2 hours to get the first eye right...
My favourite part of the vector: The extended sleeves of the kimono...
My least favourite part of the vector: The hair.. also probably because it's the part I first coloured, so it's probably not too good...

Thanks for the invite to the group, but for now I am not sure if I have the time to spend time using MT much (as I usually use animepaper, MT is kinda new to me, the interface is kinda weird as well >_<) and more importantly I am unable to promise if I can make new wallies in the future (and then I'll be some inactive useless group member ><) so I'll pass for now, really thanks for the invite though...

Maybe in the future when I am able to produce quality vector wallpapers from time to time I'll join : )
