very nice vector, kinda cute however the cloud stock you used for the background is pretty grainy, a little bit of smart blur on photoshop could help

It is very pretty!
The vectoring is very good and I like that soft glow that the sparkles add. Thank God you didn't add too much. I like the dandylions best. They look so good. ^^
