A vectorart wallpaper. Puchiko and Hokke-Mirin from Di Gi Charat.

In the anime/manga 21.01 is the Birthday of Puchiko.
Perfect timing for finish.So HAPPY BIRTHDAY PUCHIKO-CHAN!
Well, my first wall in 2008 and Di Gi Charat again. This time
maked from a 640x480 screenshot shooted directly from the anime.
Used Neat Image for a little sharpening and then I vectored up
Puchiko (the girl) to 1600x1200. Hokke-Mirin (the cat) was from
another screenshot, even lower, 480x360 resolution. But due her easy
drawing, wasn't the vector so difficult as Puchiko.
Background is a little simple, due the vector should be the
main part. Improved with some custom patterns.
Note: wallpaper named from a Di Gi Charat song
