This is Kanae Sumida from Byousoku 5cm ^_^
It took me about tree days to make this (most time spent talking in MSN >.>), and it came out much better than I
expected \o/
Everything was vectored from two screencaps:
and 
The original background with Kanae was very blurred but I decided to make it more sharp.
The easiest part was definately Kanae XD The most difficult one was the clouds!

I can't imagine trying to vector one of Makoto Shinkai's works... Always so much details.
The second part of Byosoku was my least favourite, I liked the first part more, second was more like a music video, hehe.The clouds are super nice! It's really airy and clean this wallpaper.
