I thought this was just the cutest image. I wasn't going to apply the polka dot pattern and now I wish I hadn't. It turned out to be more of a hassle than I expected. I do like the result however.
In a day or two I may post this image without the polka dot pattern. All I require is one request for it and I will upload it.
Also as always if you want the psd file for this image contact me and I will get it to you somehow. :)
Edit: Well I upload the polka dot free version, called Dotless Loveless, and the mods deleted it so. I complained but received no response. That's all I can do.
