To saying truth, this one was a vector complicated for my >< it has many dark colors and I am sorry if they are not these nice or his color is not correct (I have a screen mas dark of the normal thing >.> ). I not that to say... emm... it had to have patience for the details that there in this image, then I take to myself more time of the normal thing. A description very short xD

atmosphere:
with all the accessories the two portray a regal pair :) it allows one to think they should be held in high esteem XD with the addition of the rose it gives off a love-ish kind of atmosphere as well as due to their expression a sense of flair and dignified manner XDcomposition:
the background looks nice and i like how it is kept simple to bring the focus on cc and lulu and yet still suit them all the same :)colour:
the colours look nice and everything flows well :)quality:
the colouring is well done and the vector is neat and clean :) there a a few jagged lines however they arent all that noticeable :) the details in the accessories are nice done as it must have been a pain to do each of those tiny intricate lines XD i like how the rose seems to have its natural vectored shading then have as well a blurred looking shading along with it to give it that nice effect :Doverall:

nice positioning of the characters and a nice soft background that doesnt draw away too much focus from the characters is a plus.colour:
lovely use of colours and i just love lulu's red rosequality:
there are a few little jaggardy lines however, they are hardly noticeable. the vector itself is quite clean and neatoverall:

i love the line art
but the colours are so grey! esp cc's skin colour
it lacks contrast and saturation
btw, for the special effect on their eyes, i use the white colour and the ocerlay mode ;)
u did a really great job with the vector and the colours just kill ur hard work

Wow, very nice job! The vectoring looks flawless and I love the details! When I saw the scan even I loved it although I've never seen Code Geass. The colours could use some more contrast but the rest is awesome. Nice work!
