Perspective is screwy... It seems like there's no vanishing point and there's not enough distance between the building and the ground, which makes the girl look almost pasted on in a way... unless she's on higher ground than that of the building?

I think the perspective could be fixed with more shading to better suggest the light source. How the light affects the objects affects how we translate the general location of said objects in our head. Some places it looks like it comes from the right, sometimes the left. and also to shade everything, as some places are wonderfully shaded, and others are just white and blank.

I do love the birds though. :)

This is pretty good, but like DT said, you should work on your perspective. While sometimes you don't actually need a vanishing point (like here, where your points are so far off the paper), you still should keep in mind their general direction.
I also agree on the shading. If you don't want to shade everything, that's fine too. You could focus more on the girl and less on the backdrop. That way you could get away with doing less work, but you'd also have to ease up on the details like the reflections on the windows (which I think are exceptional, by the way).
As for the girl, it looks to me like she might be standing on the edge of the rooftop of another building. If so, you might want draw something to show that. It's difficult to tell, as it is now.

Sorry if I come across as over-critical. I think you're a great artist, and you have and excellent grasp on details that I could never hope to achieve T_T.
