Man, I haven't submitted a wallpaper in forever! This wallpaper is dedicated and was made for my beautiful cousin Lilly! Love ya, Lilly! =D
Anyway, make sure to look at the FULL VIEW or else it'll not look as good. D:
Sooooooooo, I started by vectoring the character (which I know nothing about) by using a magazine scan provided by an image board. Took me a while, because I'm still kinda new at vectoring, but I think it turned out pretty good. At first, I had no idea what I would do with the background. I was originally going for a pink and blue background, but it looked icky in my opinion. Then I remembered that my cousin loved rainbows. *DING* An alarm in my head sounded off! So I decided to make some abstract-ish rainbows and stuff. I have no idea why I made the rainbows on top of a papyrus texture, but it looks kinda good in my opinion... and my cousin just loves it!

Textures: Pre-set ones from the program P:
Software: same one I used on the last... hell, all of 'em.
Est. Time: At least 70 hrs.
