Sorry for the large title XP
Well I made this in honor to my favorite character of Bleach
Rukia-sama
I use some brushes, filter and textures for the BG
I use this pic for the ice CLICK
And the efects in the sword are brushes and blur, may be another thing
The snow was just blur and brushes
The another efects are filters, brushes and textures.
I use a pattern for give it an effect like old paper (or something like that) to all pic
Sorry if is a little blurry ^^U
And sorry for the bad english -___-U

Wow, this is very beautiful. I LOVE the colors and those icy effects. You also used one of my favorite scans of the character~ Not only that, Rukia is one of my favorite characters, too. The composition is cool! Great job ^_^
This wallpaper is very likely to end up as my desktop someday. :)

I really adore the background with the ice n stuff! Also, blue suits her well, though I always thought it was only black and white clothes and backgrounds that fit her best. Well, things change! :) Very good wallpaper. Thanks so much for sharing!
