I think it's gorgeous! And the simple yet pretty bright blue cloud background is very fitting. (And I'm definetely not
creative 0_0).
Sorry I haven't been around much lately...there's a problem with myself I'm trying to fix (my sleeping schedule) and
it's hard >.< Hopefully soon I'll be back in order and I'll be replying and vectoring as usual.

I admit, all I'm good at vector-walls is turning vectors into wallpaper dimensions. Okay, I suck at imitating clouds. And yes, I have the crappiest signature in the world. I'm so uncreative, there is onee-chan (ASH) creating backgrounds from real photographs and stuff, and I'm going for something simple like...like...CLOUDS~! Clouds are the simplest form of element you can get. ><
But what really attracted me to this scan was the couple and the color. Yes, her hair was annoying to color, but the outlining wasn't so bad (except for the curled ones; I still have palpitations once finished.) I kinda got carried away on the cloud brushes, they don't look random but in fact look the same. :sweat: So um, maybe I should have submitted this in Indy Art because yeah, it probably won't look so good. =_=
But I did notice that this vector looks better in a smaller dimension and since the scan itself nearly had wallpaper dimensions already, I made it a little higher than the original. Either that or extend it widely but then I'd have to extend her hair (shiver). Never again...
Sorry it took me so long to release another work, I've been extremely busy being...tired. =X And my special visitor is here, so that lowered me even further to depression...But since I was featured in MT-Maigetsu (which I still cannot believe <3) and became a Community Scanner at AP, I've perked up a little bit. It's time now to watch more anime, muahahahah!
Please full view and please give me opinions on how the clouds look. I'm not a fan of simple wallpapers but I still do it anyways. ><

As for the clouds you get away with them since there were clouds on the original scan lol.

Great vector, all the lines are really smooth and the colours are spot on. ^^
With the clouds, maybe you could apply a slight pianted effect on them? (Noise>Median) Also, if you put some more clouds in the blue spaces at the top on a really low opacity you have less 'stark' colour. :) And you could evn put a few far-off birds in. XD

and the space at the top doesnt look good, because it doesnt have a free space neither at the bottom nor in the sides
btw, painting clouds is the worst thing u can ever do in photoshop x_x painting, smudging, painting, smudging, smudging, painting, painting, painting, smudging........... >.<

i like how you stuck with a cloudy background similar to the original scan yet still slightly different at the same time :D the vector has been done really well although its a bit jagged and the cloud next to her head seems a bit awkward ^_^' on her hair between his arm and body, her hair mid-shadow doesnt seem to be complete [hope i didnt offend you ^_^'] everything is neat and clean and having removed the sketchy lines that were in the original scan it looks really neat :D nice wall ^^

It's a lovely vector! I like the clouds, they're good. I can't even paint them so well, they always turn out ugly, so I have to resort to brushes.

This vector is very ethereal, almost soft- and I love the way Euphie's hair is done! The clouds seems almost real! :D -

The clouds don't look bad. They have a fuzzy sort of realism to them. Very cloud-like.
And yeah... these characters do remind me of Kira and Lacus... lol
