My first time vectoring and I know this is bad too. But its really difficult to vector this black and white color image and there are lot of pixels as well.

For your first vector, I don't think it's bad. The colouring looks good, though you can still improve with the line-art. It seems like in-a-hurry and the shapes looks unstable. Try smoothen the shapes by following the required path and straighten the lines so it looks much cleaner. The hair needs a little work cause there are jagged parts. But anyway, it's a nice first vector. =)
I think the sword is the best vectored out of this vector. It was rather good for your first vector. It was quite nice!
