The picture is nice but a don't like what it said, if you look at her clothes you'll see that they're made of newspaper and with not much food it looks like a sarcastic pic taht's made to show the poverty of Marina and Azadistan...

It's part of the "Poverty Princess" collection, as it's been dubbed. I've seen about 10 of them around, where Marina wears newspapers, builds a Gundam out of a cardboard box, etc. I think Danbooru has the whole lot of them, actually.
