Drew the above character, Welsper, from the Aa Megami Sama manga a month back and decided to color it. The process took me about a month with about 75 layers in total. I drew in that hourglass to give it a kind of a time theme as Welsper interfered and disrupted time in the manga. Later I put him on this tall pillar, which height took him above the clouds, hence the view. Initially I wanted to add some kind of buildings/statues in the background, but it kinda makes the wallpaper 'crowded' and that overlapping icons when used as a wallpaper kinda disrupt it, so I just leave the background as the sky.
