Artist Comment
Ok this one tok me along ime to make today, obviously the title has nothing to do with rain, hope you all get the
meaning behind this one :) Happytodays can be sad tomorrows, but we always had yesterday.
How i made it~
Made the bg using a moon that i had previously made an saved, a starscape, a clouds image, 2 seperate forest images, the
water was made by using regular water and using motion blurs oan overlays, ground was made from textures and using a
layer painted brown, grass on the ground was also a texture that i motion blurred turned sideways and using a sharp
eraser breushed and then smudged. reflections in water was made by brushing and lower the opacity.
I cut the characters from a okama scan i love okama works bt im sure youve notice the amount of okama works ive used.
The original character is on the right and i made slight color changes to her and actually she is comprisd of around 4
layers copy and pasted above her and overlayed and darkend a certain way i perfer. the character on the left is the same
one except i made a ton of brushing it took me a long time to make her the right way i wanted i love making seperate
chatractes but the same character, i changed her facial expression for certain reasons so that it would match what i
wanted for the wallpaper, i use textures that i make myself using my photograph this one consisted of 3 main textures on
the top of all my layers, a concrete lower to around 30% opacity a a crumble up piece of paper which i modified in ps
using median brush on it, an the wood grain motioned upwards from my desk im writing on now, i added in my words and
tiles stroked my name on the outside by 1x on the left hand side, saved it at maximum and there you go!
Thats how i usually make my wallpapers an the reason they take so long for you all to get :,( !
