Hihi! before it becomes 2008 i wanted to make another vector art desu...
This vector art ish Hibari Kyoya from Katekyo Hitman Reborn! series.. he is meee fave character of the series desu..

This is the scan from Miriallia..
Anyway this vector took me 5 days.. It was tiring.. ==;
The thing they put on top of the scan really makes it hard for me... =.=
