It's time for my annual Winter wallpaper...
While randomly browsing the Namco Katamari Damacy site, I
got sucked into playing the character matching game, which introduces a bunch of new cousins. One of them was a snowman,
and I figured it would be an excellent base for a new Katamari wall, with the Prince rolling up the poor unsuspecting
Snowman into a new katamari. I also grabbed a bunch of wallpapers from the Namco site, one to use as a base for the
Prince and one for the King and Queen's snowball fight (where I found that they already made a 'Prince rolling up a
snowman' type of wall). I tried several ideas for the background, and then decided to put in a large skating rink so I
could drop in lots of cousins, which I traced off of several of the Katamari trump (playing card) set that you can
download if you finish the matching game.
I always liked the sketchier Katamari walls, so I decided to watercolor the whole wall. Here's a quick rundown of how I
watercolored this.

hey cool, they're holding candy canes, so is this for the Winter Wonderland contest as well? :D
They look like they're having fun ^^ Nice painting, though I don't like the heavy texture too much, 'cause it makes the ice look bumpy XD
