am i really submitting it 
its crazy
its the hardest vector ive ever ever EVER, EVAAAAAAA done!
yeah, doesnt seem so hard but its harder than all of my previous vectors 
i started vectoring the scan that was all tagged, and it was so painful
reconstructing all the parts
and imagine how painful was to find a textless scan the next day [thanks to
marissa]
yeah, i even cried a little, but oh well, its life
though, the textless scan was much lower quality so the tagged one really helped
me much ^^
i really tried to keep it as much close to the manga scan as i could
kept ALL the freaking lines and strokes
i really hope it gets highlited, it really does worth it
sooooo....

And also, you shouldn't have shrunk it such a low dimension. You should've gone between 2000 or 3000 pixels...

I love how you kept the lines somewhat sketchy, and the colours are really nice
- I do think they could be darkened slightly, though. (Her skin is quite yellow,
too.) I like how you vectored her hair, and the pretty glowy things. 
I hope it gets highlighted too.

It's a lovely vector! Although her eyes freak me out with those strange floating strands of straw or hair floating in her pupils. It's a shame it's so small, smaller than the original scan. Nevertheless it is a beautifully crafted vector & shows a lot of promise.
