It shows Heather - the main character of Silent Hill 3 game
It was made with Photoshop. I just took a screenshot and add blur to background,
adjusted colors and contrast, then I use many brushes and a couple of layers
with different blending modes.that's all.
And I think it's reproducing dark atmosphere of the game.
