Hmm...to answer your question it looks as though Skuld and Banpei must have been playing in the kitchen and must have
accidentally knocked over a big bag of flour off the shelf (mistakenly thinking hat it was a bug in the system), and it
got the both of them in a white, powerdery, flourey mess!
I think what they are doing know is trying to find the bath to wash it all off! Good idea - if Belldandy or Keiichi saw
them like that, yet alone seen the mischief they were getting in, they would have hit the ceiling! (Keiichi definitely,
Belldandy then again, may just laugh it off (I mean, how often do you see Belldandy being really mad?)).
