Hello! This is my first submission on Minitokyo, as I have just recently joined the community.
This is the first vector that I've ever made, so i'm not sure if it looks very good or not. I love vector art, and that's why I decided to give it a try myself. I really liked this scan, which can be found here: Welcome 37 by kuroimisa
I used the pen tool and the smudge tool to make all of the wallpaper. The most difficult part was creating the girl's hair; there were just so many lines, so it took me a long time to finish the outline. You might notice that I also changed some parts of the original picture. For the reflections on the water, I used a stock picture of some clouds, and I also used a texture which can be found at the following place: DA! Desktop Anime

I'm happy that you chose to go for a different background rather than the red in the original scan (not that red's bad) - it makes it seem refreshing in a way to see a different interpretation of it :3
Seriously excellent vector (I can't believe it's the first X-P) and the elements put together makes this pleasing on the eyes. Also very nice use of texture. :D Thanks for the great wallpaper!
