Another vector from me! This features Basil from anime/manga Katekyo Hitman Reborn. This was originally not a vector, it
was instead just a fan-coloring done by me b/c i was bored. Then i realized that i can't submit fan-colorings
here(at i think so), so i decided to vector the lines so i could submit it here. I also redid the coloring a bit. I know
the shading and stuff might be a little off, so plz forgive me. (>.<) comment and opinions are nice, if you want
to use this in something, plz credit me! don't claim as your own. I spent a lot of time in to doing his hair.

Looks simple but the details on the hair are nicely done. Great job on the vector.
