wow, I like all the details, esp on the hair and the clothes, kinda reminds me of Clamp's style ^^ And nice design, very elegant ^__^
Actually I like the colouring like this, with the foreground left white, because it allows you to focus on the lineart; it's simple but effective :)

the pic is pretty - i love the flowers and the flowing hair >_<. coloring? - im not much help but i suggest you try reading some photoshop tutorials at deviantart (might not help but still a place to start) good luck
Great line art here, the flowers are really nicely done, and the fairy theme is nice as well. I think it is a bit too bright (with the colored bg and white character), but yeah, coloring it would be a good idea.
