Interesting, although the cleanliness of the scan doesn't mesh with the grainy backgrounds. Perhaps you should try blending them together some more?

Well, I was in the mood to make something, and I had originally intended to start a layout, but I hadn't done a wallpaper in a while and my desktop was starting to bore me.
I kind of winged my way through the wallpaper. The background is mostly made of this image. Seriously, I kid you not. The mood was from here. The other textures, colors, and blends I did myself.
I'd originally wanted to include text on this, but it didn't look right and conflicted with the natural simplicity of the image. What I wanted to put on there, and where the title comes from, is actually a poem by William Blake.
