I'm not sure if that scan is an official SF4 art...
but this vectoring work deserves two thumbs up for details and eye-catching colors. I kinda prefer the background to be
a silhouette of trees and bushes amidst a storm (similar to the trailer), but I guess this is already nice as it is..

No surprises guessing what inspired me for this.

Had to re-CG it (twice) to (try and) make it look more like the trailer/concept art. Didn't do much else in terms of BG and all that stuff.
Widescreen and more resolutions should be up on InkyMonday soon HOPEFULLY.

And if you made your improvements based on that watercolor trailer, then more congrats to ya.
I want to say the right background probably would have made this stand out more....
But this is pretty damn good as it is.
