Lily White is the Spring Fairy of Gensokyo, she appears during late winter or so to announce the coming of Spring.
Her way of doing it is apparently, to fire a host of random danmaku at you.
Which is pretty annoying since you are fighting the boss!
Anyhow, but that doesn't defeat her being so damn cute, I love it best they are up close.
I couldn't think of a suitable background of any complex look, so I decided, ahhh... to hell with it, I will just use my
LEET to create snow lol.
So I did, no textures, no bullshit.
Just cute Lily White.
