I agree with Prairie Dog--there is something haunting about this image. I especially like the girl in the chair; she looks like a doll, with her expressionless face, unnaturally still posture, and mechanical wings.

The girl on the chair is indeed a doll/puppet. Notice those joints at her elbow, knee, and ankle.
