Whew, I finished it at last! I've been working on this one for some time now (as I do with all my projects!), I made half of the line art, then abandoned it and made the line art for a Tessa (Full Metal Panic!) vector, then remembered the Layla vector @_@ Complicated story!
Anyway, back to the description. I vectored this scan: Sora and
Company by REIzBOY, but only Layla, since I thought Sora was too easy (and I
like Layla more 
) Plus
I'm happy I didn't vector Sora as well, since someone else did in the
meantime!
Other details:
Easiest part: the eye
Most difficult part: the flowers on the dress (not really difficult, but they
took a lot to colour)
Favorite part: Layla's dress <3 It looks so gorgeous on her!
Least favourite part: the jewelry she's wearing
