Way too tired to write a description right now. But I have to since the edit option no longer exists (we really need that fixed).
The Lacus living in my head hasn't been too happy with me since I took her off my userpage and haven't vectored her for a while. So she made me do this. (Actually, I've wanted to do this pic for a long time. Before I even knew what vectoring really was, I told myself "I'm going to learn to vector so I can vector this picture." True story. And here it is.)
Ah, well this image is total win. Lacus, in red frilly dress, with black tights, with curly pigtails, too kawaii. I'm surprised I'm the first to vector it (now I'm going to hear lots of "oh I was gonna vector that!"). Hm, well the original scan isn't great quality, but I can't complain since I've done a thousand times worse.
Apologies for that part of the dress near the bottom right where it looks ridiculous. I hate frills in the first place, but reconstructing them? Heh heh. It's not too noticeable now though. Background also sucks, but I wasn't in a great mood when I was making it. It's the vector that counts, ne?
It's called Bubbly because Lacus looks so incredibly cheerful. Plus there's that bottle...wouldn't Lacus be sixteen in this picture? Whatcha got in the bottle Lacus?
This probably isn't my greatest vector. That's okay. My next ones will make up for it. I have no "simple" vectors planned for awhile.
Oh, and the weird diagonal title is just my lovely creative way of covering parts of her dress that I couldn't reconstruct. And I'm sorry if some of you don't like the blurry pompoms.

As much as I hate criticizing your work, Ashy-chan, but I must gripe about one thing. The puffs on her dress. They're a little too blurred, but I've done the mistake of blurring too much on some of my stuff too. ^^ But I really never saw this scan before and it's great that you were the first one to have vectored it! <3

lol
i just finished vectoring outlines for one chobits scan, and it had a 142343485 times crazier dress and the scan wasnt like great quality, but its like okay, i just know a secret on how to reconstruct that kind of dresses, ill pm you ;)
as always neat and clean, yeah the blurriness sucks but i dont care XD
i dont know if i wanna fave it though.......

Ooh...never seen this scan before. And now it's vectored too. I too am curious why you blurred out the fluffy bits on her dress so much. My guess is that you were blurring out the champagne(?) droplets and suddenly flipped out before blurring out all the white you could see in the image. LOL! ^_^'

Is that what you really want? Please stop doing meaningless things and vector scans of me instead." She's so manipulative that way; but that's what made her so awesome in the first series, IMO. :)
Your vector is beautiful. I couldn't find anything noticably wrong with the frills. The details on the bottle and her hair impressed me a little. My one other complaint is her eyes. I see very distinct poligons there and I think it would have benefited from some filtering. Other than that, everything's lovely. :nerd:
Nice to see you vectoring again (plus vectors of Lacus-sama are always welcome). Faving this for Lacus' cute expression and hot leggings (not too crazy about her hair in this one). Thanks for sharing this and I hope you're doing all right, ASH. Until the next time, take care! Cheers! ;)

Your outlines always still impresses me :) Problem in my opinion is her pink hair is well quite monochrome, the shades look quite dull and not so vivide. ^_^' Plus those white puffy stuff the ones near to her neck. Well it looks imcorrect especially how some of the white overlaps with the hair. x_x Well that's all and I'm glad someone considered vectoring this I mean the scan was just horrible. *_*

WHOA! this was the frilly dress that you were talking about ASH-Sensei! A very shiny dress, I can't really notice any of the blurs, probably cause I'm not sure where to look for it heh. A fave :D.

Kinda seems like an ad for champagne or something. XD The shades of her dress are so pretty. Neat outlines as always. And it's a perfect vector for the season especially since Christmas is coming soon. The pompoms do seem a little odd, but that's just me, I suppose.
