By the way, the character's name is Suigintou. I haven't seen the anime either, but I've seen a lot of
scans and wallpapers of her around here.

Again, scanned this from my Animage Jan 2007 issue. Don't speak/read Japanese well, so once more I couldn't make out what the character's name is, and I dont' follow the anime, but I still thought there might be those out there who want the scan. Enjoy!
