lol besame mucho, well I love that movie so my attraction is oh pretty sophie...and indeed looks very nice and I like the way you turned the ashes into snow, just think that maybe and just maybe you over did it with the blurry effect, on their faces area mostly, dont you think?

  3. ASH-Hikari Dec 02, 2007

Love this movie. :D Great job with the vector. Making it a little less blurry wouldn't hurt, but I like the finished product as it is.

  6. annakee Dec 02, 2007

contrarily to what this expert people say, for me isn't too blurry. thing of likes.
    good job :3

  7. royaldarkness Dec 02, 2007

  8. entity1660 Dec 02, 2007

Oooh, I love the effect of lighting! Like scattered snow dust or something like that. I love it!

Ack! Tis blurry, but a good work! I like the eerie feeling it has to it (desaturated colors are go!)
Can't shake the fact that it's blurry :x At first I thought it was low-quality but then I noticed it was a vector. Maybe less blurry? 1 more level down? XD
(darn, that screenshot is SO high quality! How I'd like to get my hands on one of those! XD )
Anyway, good luck in the contest! Break a leg! (figuratively, of course X-P )
    +favourite, of course!

  17. eonir Dec 07, 2007

    Oh my, this looks interesting!

First of all - it's a good series to choose. It has a great oldschool style.

This wallpaper has a lot of potential. Now when you have an excellently-done and finished vector, you can use it freely to release its capabilities. You can make an art-nouveau wall, something grunge-like or whatever you are able to make.

You're limited only to your skills, and your soft- and hardware's technical capabilities.
Oh, and sorry for telling you that your hard work is a great opening to a load of even more hard work to do :nya:
    Thanks for sharing :D

    Waa, super cool~ xDDDD
The title didn't fit much, (lol~ xDD) but loved the addition of the snow, it matches Howl's blue-ness~ XD
    Great job! >u<

  21. moonescape Dec 22, 2007

ZOMG, I really like how well you did with the bluriness and the effects here. :o I still have yet to watch this movie, but I'm really hoping to. OX Well done with the outlines and a nice choice to vector =D

  22. kashikosa Mar 30, 2008

Wow I can't believe I didn't comment on this one before... Must've been drunk or something... Anyways... I love how you changed the fire into snowflakes and the vector is very good. Not to mention it's a Bird-HauruXSilver-Sophie XD Nice colours and nice effects XD

  23. Alcyndore Nov 23, 2008

This and the image of granny Sophie are my fav images from this anime. I'm a sucker for romance! It just melts my heart! I like the clean drawing and the dark colours, the soft look of snowflakes, the dynamic look of the two floating...The blur suggests the strong wind or a whirpool of cold snowflakes....I'd love to have Howl close in such a situation! :-)
    Thanks for this beautiful wall!
