This is the back cover for the Hisui no Shizuku visual book. (The front cover is over here) It's a dating sim game I play, and is the second in the Hiiro no Kakera series.
This are the other dateable guys, but there's still one more. He's a baddie, so maybe that's why he wasn't on the covers. XD;;
