I like, I like. To make snow move in a direction (like the snow here is spiraling), just use the Motion Blur in Filter in Photoshop. And to make snow look sparkly and stuff just blur them to where the outer circle is glowing. The vector itself is well done and I love the bird pattern on her back. So lovely! <3

I used THIS scan for the wallpaper. When I
vectored the characters I realized I had to change the clothes to make it more realistic. However it still looks wrong
XD And there are still some mistakes. The snow doesn't really look like snow. More like funkey stars and there is too
much snow. It looks more like a snow storm XD I am sorry.
Well I also choosed different colors. I hate blonde hair (My hair is also blonde, that's why I am dying it=D)that's why
I chose brown hair. But the brown I choosed doesn't suit the pink top so now it is violet =D
Well there is a lot I could say but I am too lazy now =D Sorry.

So pretty! It definetely fits the theme of winter romance. Nice vectoring, I really want this girl's hair 0_0 And I love how some of the snowflakes have a sparkle to them. Did you paint the background? It looks lovely :) And I'm glad you had enough time to enter this time even though you were busy with the apartments and all that :)

well there are some errors with colours, like theres a non-coloured piece of his hair between his eye and ear and some colour shapes dont meet the outlines
tohugh i really really really love the snow, it doesnt look like snow exactly but it looks like something magical =D

well in matters of the vector I think it looks very clean and smooth and I actually consider that those colors coordinate pretty good between each other, especially the violet+brown, I just dont like the random dust brush around them, kinda ...disturbing..=/

The vector looks very clean! I like how you changed the colours and added more depth to it, I think the pink-blue contrast is a good choice.
